Our Florida Virtual Office service is simple. You sign up and we assign you a Florida virtual mailing
address, a unique suite number, an office lease, and a virtual phone number. All you have to do is enter
an existing phone number that you want us to forward your calls to.
Our Florida Virtual Office service also includes mail forwarding. You can choose same-day digital
scanning or weekly physical mail forwarding. Both options are described below.

Here’s how the process works: Your business’s mail
gets sent to your Florida virtual
address at our building, and then our staff sorts it, opens it,
scans it, and uploads a PDF copy to your
secure online account. When you get new mail,
we’ll send you a notification immediately in your online account.
If you prefer to receive and open your mail yourself,
however, you can select weekly physical mail
forwarding. In this case, our staff simply collects your
mail as it comes in, packages it up all together,
and forwards it to your mailing address each week.
